I am a Cast Iron Grill Pan. I’m not as hot as the sun but may produce some funky tan lines if you lay out for too long on my ridged surface.
Curator's Notes
This streamlined designed can seamlessly go from stovetop to dinner table for serving. Simply place a trivet under the surface when dinner’s ready and use the removable handle to open the lid. Ideal for searing on the stovetop and grilling vegetables, meat or seafood. We love the perfectly striped finish the ridges produce, on top of their ability to cook food lean by raising the food above oils and fat. You can also pop it in the oven to keep food sizzling while you prepare the rest of the meal on the stovetop.
