LEMON: helps to balance mood, decrease blood pressure and relieve stress.

SPEARMINT:   known to help reduce headaches, pain, cold symptoms and stress. It may also help ease nausea.

How to Use:

Place your shower steamer in the corner of the shower floor or on a shelf  close ‎to your head just out of the direct stream of water.  Allow some of your shower water to hit the steamer or simply drizzle some ‎water on the steamer. This activates the steamer to release its aromatherapy properties into the steam of the shower so you can breathe in the aromatic vapor.‎

To get the benefits you do not always have to take the shower. Simply place a steamer in a bowl of really warm water and place a steamer in the bowl. Breathe in the aroma of the steamer as it dissolves in the water and releases the aromatherapy benefits.
